ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24/7 via our website. We do charge for your order at the time of purchase and will ship it as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items or long delivery times.

RETURN POLICY

No refunds or returns will be offered unless the item was damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please leave the item in its original packaging and contact us within 48 hours through hello@karenrichanidesign.com for further instructions in order to return the item.

DAMAGES

Unfortunately sometimes damages occur in shipping, and we take complete responsibility for them. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at  hello@karenrichanidesign.com with photos of the damage and your order number. 

We’ll happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that you received, so don’t throw the item out. We’ll email you back with instructions on how to proceed with the claims process. Please note that ALL damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Replacement and or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner.

Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.

PRODUCT NOTATIONS

Please note that some of our products are made with natural materials, such as but not limited to agate, stone, wood, marble, etc. and may vary slightly in color and texture. Knots, chips, divots, and small cracks are not considered defects but part of the beauty and uniqueness of the product, just like every monitor shows color differently.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Sunday 9am – 5pm.

Please keep in mind that the delivery time starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier, not when the order is placed.

We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however, sometimes items are out of stock at the time of purchase or unexpected delays occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock, we’ll happily email you with information on when you can expect your order. 

Most items will be shipped directly from the warehouse in Houston, TX, however, any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need a rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.
